Moncton Wellness Signature 2027 Pass

Terms of purchase and use

Version: October 17, 2026

By purchasing a Moncton Wellness Signature 2027 Pass, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms of Purchase and Use.

1. The Moncton Wellness Signature 2027 Pass

The Moncton Wellness Signature 2027 Pass is sold for $399 plus HST.

It includes one experience at each of the three participating founding spa partners:

The included experiences and their descriptions are those displayed on the official Moncton Wellness Signature website at the time of purchase.

All three experiences must be redeemed during the official 2027 event period, from January 6 to February 10, 2027, inclusive.

Purchasing the Pass does not constitute a reservation and does not guarantee availability on any particular date or at any particular time.

Sales and administration of the Moncton Wellness Signature 2027 Pass are handled by SAFIR Moroccan Hammam and Spa Ltd.

2. Final Sale and Refunds

Pass sales are final and non-refundable in the event of a change of mind.

The Pass cannot be carried forward to a future edition of Moncton Wellness Signature.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law, including where an experience cannot be delivered as promised.

3. Booking Experiences

The Pass holder must book directly with each of the three spas, using the contact information and booking methods provided on the website or Pass.

The Pass number must be provided when booking.

It is the holder’s responsibility to book sufficiently early to redeem all three experiences during the official event period.

Purchasing the Pass does not guarantee any particular availability.

4. Presenting and Validating the Pass

The original numbered Pass must be presented for each experience.

After the service has been provided, the applicable spa will validate the use of its experience.

An experience that has already been validated, stamped or recorded as redeemed cannot be used again.

5. Cancellation, Changes and No-Shows

A cancellation or change made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time is penalty-free.

If an appointment is cancelled or changed less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, or in the event of a no-show, the applicable experience will be considered redeemed and cannot be booked again under the Pass.

If the spa closes or is unable to receive the customer because of a storm, unsafe weather conditions or another situation affecting safety, the appointment will be rescheduled without penalty.

6. Expiry

Experiences included in the Pass must be redeemed no later than February 10, 2027.

After that date, an individual spa may, at its sole discretion, exceptionally grant an extension for its own experience only.

An extension granted by one spa does not apply to the other spas, does not extend the Pass as a whole and does not allow an experience to be carried forward to a future Moncton Wellness Signature edition.

7. Transfer of the Pass or an Experience

The Pass, or any experience that has not yet been redeemed, may be given or transferred to another person.

The new holder is subject to the same Terms of Purchase and Use.

Any private transaction between individuals is undertaken at their own risk. Moncton Wellness Signature, SAFIR Moroccan Hammam and Spa Ltd. and the participating spas do not participate in secondary transactions and do not guarantee their payment or authenticity.

8. Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Passes

A lost, stolen or destroyed Pass may be replaced where the original purchase and previous redemptions can be verified.

The previous Pass number will be cancelled.

A replacement fee of $25 plus HST applies.

9. Responsibility of Participating Spas

The three participating spas are separate and independent legal businesses.

Each spa is solely responsible for the experience it provides on its own premises, including its staff, facilities and equipment, professional practices, health questionnaires and forms, contraindications, customer health and safety, and compliance with its professional and regulatory obligations.

Hiba Benjelloun’s role in the central organization of Moncton Wellness Signature and SAFIR Moroccan Hammam and Spa Ltd.’s role in administering Pass sales and the 2027 edition do not mean that they operate, control or supervise the services provided by Evolve or Namaste Spa.

10. Health, Safety and Eligibility for Services

Each experience is also subject to the reasonable rules, professional requirements and contraindications of the spa providing it.

Each spa may require the Pass holder to complete a health questionnaire, sign a consent form or provide information necessary to determine whether the service can safely be provided.

Where a medical condition, contraindication or other circumstance reasonably prevents a service from being provided, the applicable spa will act in accordance with its professional obligations and applicable law.

Health information collected directly by an individual spa through its own health forms remains under that spa’s responsibility and is not part of the central Moncton Wellness Signature database unless disclosure is legally required.

11. Inability to Provide an Experience

If a participating spa becomes unable to provide the scheduled experience, reasonable measures will be taken, where possible, to offer a replacement of comparable nature and value.

If no reasonable replacement is available, appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with applicable law and the consumer’s rights.

12. Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control

An experience may need to be postponed, replaced or adapted because of circumstances beyond the parties’ reasonable control, including a storm or unsafe weather, a mandatory closure, public emergency, major outage or other circumstance affecting customer safety.

Reasonable measures will be taken to minimize the impact on the Pass holder.
